Sindh Local Government Minister Saeed Ghani said on Monday that the committee investigating the recent collapse of a five-storey building in Lyari has also been assigned to prepare a detailed report on 51 other dangerously dilapidated buildings across Karachi.
Speaking at a press conference in Karachi alongside Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and Home Minister Ziaul Hasan Lanjar, Ghani stated, “The same committee will now assess the condition of 51 deteriorating buildings in the city and submit its report within the next 24 hours.”
